The Vibration Dampers for Phantom Quadcopter from DJI is a set of four rubber dampers. Four dampers sit between the two halves of the Damping Bracket (available separately). The dampers provide a kind of suspension that helps isolate the gimbal from vibration incurred by the aircraft's motors, reducing translation into camera shake.
