* This isn't a Physical Product, we will not ship any spare part to customer.

* This is a Repair Service for Godox users.

* Please message us using website Chat or email us at [email protected] first before you check out and before sending your Godox Product to us.

* We will refund *repair cost only if we can't perform repair ( beyond repairable condition or cost more than we forecast after final inspection ). We will not/can not refund shipping fees.

* This is for Repair Service (Parts/Labour) Only, and customer will be responsible for shipping costs both in and out, unless drop off and pick up in person to/from our Melbourne store.
